This is a 2K texture for the spindle. This texture will be used for the mid and long shots of the spindle. For the close-ups I will use a 4K texture.
This is the spindle texture. I desaturated the edge (the handle) to make it look more worn. For the close-up texture I will add some scratches and a bump map to further that look.
These renders show the spindle with the texture applied. The string has a white lambert applied.
